Summary of 25 years from Izel Rozental: Caricateure
Salom newspaper illustrator Izel Rozental celebrated his 25 year anniversary as a caricaturist at an exhibition called “Caricateure”.
The exhibition opened at Schneidertempel Art Center, on December 5th. The exhibition included select caricatures by Rozental including mostly political themed caricatures. The frames of the caricatures were made of barbed wire and the panels at the background of the caricatures resembled walls.
At the crowded opening night, Rozental also signed his books “Caricateur” and “Moda, my Love again” for the guests. Rozental wrote the book “Caricateur” especially for this exhibition.
The exhibition will be open until January 8th, 2017.

The "Ottoman and Turkish Ketubbot" Exhibition
The Quincentennial Foundation Museum of Turkish Jews is opening an exhibition of Ketubbot (Jewish wedding contracts), some from forgotten corners of our homes, some as already discovered works of art, some from the walls of the collectors, some from the Chief Rabbinate Collection, on November 7th, at Schneidertempel Arts Center, after they have been cleaned and maintained.
