‘Anne Frank – A History for Today’ Exhibition Opens

Civil and Ecological Rights Association (SEHAK) in collaboration with Sisli Municipality and Anne Frank Museum in Amsterdam opened “Anne Frank- A history for Today” exhibition at Nazim Hikmet Culture and Art Center, on March 19th.
‘Anne Frank – A History for Today’ Exhibition Opens

The exhibition displays photographs and Turkish-English documents from the 1930-1940 period along with 34 panels depicting Anne Frank’s tragic life story. On the background the exhibition focuses on the rise of the Nazi regime and events leading to Holocaust. It also focuses on the persecution of millions of people, particularly Jews by Nazis and the lessons we must learn from that period. 

The exhibition serves as a rich source of information for high school students and young generations as well as for adults.
