Jak Eskinazi elected as Chairman of Aegean Textile Exporters Association
Jak Eskenazi
Jak Eskinazi was elected as the Chairman of Aegean Textile and Raw Materials Exporters Association (ETHIB). Jak Eskinazi, as the only candidate, got all 39 votes and became the new Chairman of the Association.
Eskinazi was the Chairman of Aegean Garment and Apparel Exporters Associations between the years 2003 and 2010. He was the first to be a chairman to two different associations, simultaneously.
Before being elected as Chairman of ETHIB, Eskinazi was the Vice Chairman. Eskinazi took over his new title from Sabri Unluturk, who had been the Chairman since 2006.

The "Ottoman and Turkish Ketubbot" Exhibition
The Quincentennial Foundation Museum of Turkish Jews is opening an exhibition of Ketubbot (Jewish wedding contracts), some from forgotten corners of our homes, some as already discovered works of art, some from the walls of the collectors, some from the Chief Rabbinate Collection, on November 7th, at Schneidertempel Arts Center, after they have been cleaned and maintained.
