Chargé d’affairs of Israel, Roey Gilad, paid a visit to Mansur Yavaş
As the ambassadors of different countries are continuing to visit Ankara’s new mayor Mansur Yavaş, Roey Gilad, Chargé d’affaires of Israel in Ankara, also visited him.
While the new Mayor of Ankara Metropolitan, Mansur Yavaş is welcoming local and foreign visitors in his government office, ambassadors and political representatives of many countries, who are greatly interested in him, are continuing to pay him visits.
Mayor Yavaş, who is offering great hospitality to his visitors, is telling them about his future plans and projects about Ankara. Mansur Yavaş is stating that the representatives of the countries he is meeting are also greatly interested in collaboration on joint projects.
Among these political representatives visiting Mayor Yavaş, also was Roey Gilad, Chargé d’affaires of Israel in Ankara.
Roey Gilad praised his visit to Mansur Yavaş in his twitter account saying, “Excellent meeting on Friday with Mr. Mansur Yavaş, Mayor of Ankara. We discussed ways to bring Israel and Ankara closer.”

The "Ottoman and Turkish Ketubbot" Exhibition
The Quincentennial Foundation Museum of Turkish Jews is opening an exhibition of Ketubbot (Jewish wedding contracts), some from forgotten corners of our homes, some as already discovered works of art, some from the walls of the collectors, some from the Chief Rabbinate Collection, on November 7th, at Schneidertempel Arts Center, after they have been cleaned and maintained.
