40,520 Tests, 3,783 Diagnosed Cases

The newly diagnosed cases are a little below 10 percent of the daily administered tests in Turkey.
40,520 Tests, 3,783 Diagnosed Cases

Ministry of Health announced that 3,783 people have been diagnosed positive, 121 people have lost their lives, and 1,822 people have recovered in the last 24 hours.

Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca stated yesterday evening via his Twitter account, "Today 40,520 tests have been administered. Of these 3,783 people have been tested positive."

As per Turkey's Daily Coronavirus Chart, as of April 18th, the total number of tests administered is 598,933, the total number of positive cases is 82,329, the total number of lives lost is 1,890, the total number of intensive care patients is 1,894, the total number of intubated patients is 1,054, and the total number of recovered patients is 10,453.

Minister Koca also added, "Our number of patients who have recovered has gone over 10,000. We have significant superiorities in the treatment. The number of cases is decreasing when compared to the increasing number of tests."
