The ´Matzah Packaging´ selected from the Quincentenial Foundation Museum of Turkish Jews collection... March 30, 2021
The first quality matzah packaging paper, produced during the period when the matzah bakery in Istanbul had still been operating. On the packaging, it is indicated that it was produced under the supervision of the Chief Rabbinate and says 'Hamursuz (Matzah in Turkish), Matzah Shel Pesach (in Hebrew), 5738-1978.
The packaging can be seen in the archive of the Quincentenial Foundation Museum of Turkish Jews.
