Schneidertempel is Welcoming Oscar Bonilla´s Exhibition ´Memories´

The renowned Uruguayan photography artist Oscar Bonilla's photography exhibition 'Memories - Memoria' presented with the cooperation of the Consulate General of Uruguay in Istanbul, the Ministry of Education of Uruguay, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay, will be opened at the Schneidertempel Arts Center on Tuesday, September 24th.
Curator Gerardo Mantero describes the exhibition with the following words:
"Oscar Bonilla is presenting samples from the past filtered through his own experience. In doing so, he takes people to an arena where conflicts, consensus, and stories from different segments of society overlap. Art, with its intuitive poetry, is a path that takes us into the essence of experiences, and this path is often clearer than the one in history books. Especially when the storyteller, as Bonilla powerfully does, creates a warm environment that makes you think, feel, and excites you through visual sources."
The exhibition may be visited every day except Mondays, until October 27th.
