Yiğit Özalp, a senior student at Social Sciences High School in the Tire district of Izmir, turned his curiosity about the Jews of Tire into a unique oral history project. Thanks to 19-year-old Özalp, a section on Jewish heritage has been opened at the Tire Town Museum.
